Dr Alison Hay

Dr Alison Hay, BSW, Ph, D., AASW

Dr Alison Hay is a child and family therapist, Clinical Social Worker and Neurotherapist. She has worked for Non-Government and Government agencies both in a clinical, consultant and training roles.

She graduated from Monash University in 1986 and later completed her Doctorate in 2005. She has worked with children, parents and families for over three decades.

She is a strong advocate for children and is passionate about supporting children reach their developmental potential.  It was from her work with children with developmental trauma and its impact on the neurobiological development of the brain that she developed an interest in Neurofeedback as a treatment method.

The success that Dr Challis and her team have had in treating children with neurobehavioral disorders has provided the inspiration for Dr Hay to join the team at the Kids Development Centre.
